@TC’s mission is to introduce people to the aviation industry and educate them on the career opportunities available to pilots. To achieve this, we conduct free private and instrument pilot ground schools that are open to the public all year round. These courses, which contain the same material as our paid courses, are live-taught in 16 sessions that last 2 hours each. They are only available for a limited time of approximately 60 days.
In contrast, our paid membership courses are more comprehensive, featuring 50-70 mini-lessons with more detailed information, additional video content, and stage exams. Our members have the option to access professionally recorded videos or participate in any of our live public or private classes, which are exclusively available only to members and provide an opportunity to ask questions and interact with instructors. Members have unlimited access to the course materials.
On average, students require 3 months to complete a full ground school program. To ensure your success and maintain your progress, we have created a recommended study plan for each course.
Our suggested best practice study plan outlines a comprehensive schedule that includes recommended study times and durations to help you balance your aviation education with your other responsibilities. By following our plan, you can maximize your learning potential and stay on track to achieve your goals. We understand that each student’s learning style and pace vary, which is why we have designed our study plan to be flexible and adaptable.
Our courses are designed to provide you with comprehensive knowledge and skills required for the written, oral, and practical exams. However, to enhance your learning experience and provide you with additional resources, we recommend using the following textbooks as supplementary study materials:
